Directions/Access to Grand Ballroom

Via West Lobby Pacific Place Mall (in front of Bursa Efek Indonesia building)

  • Use the Ritz-Carlton elevator on the left side, the lift will go straight to the ballroom on the 4th floor
  • Access to the elevator on West Lobby will be open at 10.00 am

 

Via Pacific Place Mall (other entrance: East Lobby/South Lobby/Mall Parking Area)

  • Use the escalator or elevator in the mall to the 4th floor

  • Exit A / C (6-minute walk)

 

Via Transjakarta — Polda Metro Jaya

Please prepare your:

  • Ticket
    • You can find your ticket by searching your inbox for the email with the subject “Here’s Your Event Ticket!” (💡Pro-tip: We recommend downloading your ticket beforehand to make the registration process even smoother.)
  • Photo ID or passport (needs to match the name on the ticket) 
  • For an academic pass, a valid student ID must be presented in order for us to issue the badge.  
  • For a media pass, a valid media ID must be presented in order for us to issue the badge.  
  • Tech in Asia reserves the right to refuse invalid passes that do not match the name registered on the ticket and/or the system. 

Access to the conference app will be sent to your registered email 7 days before the event date.

First setup

🔑 The Tech in Asia team will send you an invitation email before the event starts.

  1. Click on the link found in the email invitation. (Subject: The TIA Conference Jakarta App is ready! Download it now
  2. Click the ”Sign in” button.
  3. Select your access method (email).
  4. Input your email address so we can send a login email to your inbox. Click on “Log in to Brella” and allow your device to redirect you to the app.

Yes, you can get one at our walk-in ticket counter while supplies last. So it’s still better to buy your ticket ahead of time. 

Yes, you can. To transfer your ticket to someone else, please fill out this form by October 22, 2024 at 5PM GMT+7 at the latest. The Tech in Asia team will send the ticket to the new holder via email.

 

Do note that upon checking in the event, the name on the photo ID or passport presented at registration needs to match the name on the ticket.

Tech in Asia generally does not offer refunds once your order for a pass has been confirmed. 

 

In any case, Tech in Asia shall not be liable and is under no obligation to process any refund claims. No refund will be given if the request is made after the event.

Video recordings will be sent to Pro Pass, Investor Pass, and Startup Factory Pass holders via your registered email 45 working days after the conference.
