Yes, parking is available.

We encourage our attendees to come with small bags, there will not be lockers to store large bags and personal belongings.

Yes, there will be a canteen serving lunch for Pro Pass, Partner Pass, Speaker Pass, Media Pass holders only. 

No, outside food and beverages are not allowed in Hilton Hotel.

Registration

Please prepare your:

  • QR code: You can find your ticket by searching your inbox for the email with the subject “Here’s your event ticket!” (💡Pro-tip: We recommend downloading your ticket beforehand to make the registration process even smoother.)
  • Photo ID or passport (needs to match the name on the ticket) 
  • For an academic pass, a valid student ID must be presented in order for us to issue the badge.  
  • For a media pass, a valid media ID must be presented in order for us to issue the badge.  
  • Tech in Asia reserves the right to refuse invalid passes that do not match the name registered on the ticket and/or the system. 

Please keep your badge carefully as re-prints of badges are not allowed.

For Speakers, Partners and Media Pass holders, please head to our Info Counter.

For all other ticket types, please use our self-help kiosks.

You can find and register for our Satellite Events here.

Yes, all Main Stage and Side Stage sessions will be recorded and shared with ticket holders approximately five to six weeks after the event.

Click the ”Sign in” button.

Select your access method (email).

Input your email address so we can send a login email to your inbox. Click on “Log in to Brella” and allow your device to redirect you to the app.

Tickets

Yes, you can purchase a ticket at our Info Counter at Registration.

  • General Pass: USD 80
  • Pro Pass: USD 250

We only accept credit card payments.

Our tickets are non-refundable.

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Please reach out to us at conference@techinasia.com before July 22, 2024 at 12PM GMT+8.

If you missed the deadline, simply pass your original ticket to the new attendee and they can change their details at the Registration Kiosks.
