As the Head of Community (Indonesian) at Quora, Alanda Kariza led the launch of Quora in Indonesian in 2018 as a part of the company’s internationalisation strategy. At the moment, she is responsible in attracting, encouraging, building, and managing Quora’s writer community in Indonesia.
Alanda holds an MSc degree in behavioural economics from the University of Warwick with a Chevening scholarship. She founded the IndonesianYouth Conference, a pioneering youth conference in Indonesia. Alanda had spoken in front of Pope Benedict XVI and at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting Davos, among others. She’s currently the Curator of WEF Global Shapers Jakarta Hub and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. She’s also an author of 11 books, published in Indonesia and overseas.
