Bayu Ramadhan is the VP of Brand & Marketing of Moka. Since joining in early 2018, Bayu has rapidly scaled-up his team from just 9 to 45 people within 7 Departments in only one past year. Under his management, the Marketing team has proven its capabilities through optimizing monthly leads generation performance by 13 times and boosting overall Moka brand value to 10 times with optimizing omnichannel marketing strategies.
Before devoting his career to Moka, Bayu served as the Head of Marketing for both GO-BOX & GO-SEND, the logistics products of GO-JEK, he performed creative and pragmatist approaches on marketing and lead generation principles for a nationwide-level B2B and B2C segments. He was appointed by GO-JEK’s management to represent the company with joining BEKRAF’s delegates on South By Southwest 2017 at Austin, Texas. He also spearheaded GO-VIDEO 2017, an Indie Movie Competition through collaborating with Riri Riza, Mira Lesmana, Reza Rahadian, Chelsea Islan, Anggy Umbhara, Mikey Moran & Piotr Jakubowski.
Prior to that, Bayu spent his early career at MarkPlus Consulting and developed high-level Marketing strategies for multi-disciplinary clients from automotive, energy, transportation, manufacture, to government sectors. Bayu earned his Bachelors degree in Business & Management with a Marketing major from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
