At the current role, Bimo is overseeing operations key growth improvements, performance management and ensuring high standard of customer experience implementation in ZALORA Indonesia. Having spent significant years in ZALORA Indonesia and Singapore, Bimo has managed and involved in numerous areas such as marketplace set up to delivery system implementation. Currently he is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
