Gaurav Arora heads the startup initiatives for Amazon Web Services across Asia Pacific including India, South East Asia, Korea and ANZ. He works closely with the leading VC’s, Incubators and Startup Communities and helps them to create value in their portfolio companies by leveraging the best of cloud computing and Amazon resources such as AWS Activate Program. In doing so, he supports startups to innovate more, stay lean and go-to-market faster.
Prior to joining Amazon, Gaurav worked as a Venture Capitalist with Prime Ventures, one of the largest VC firms in Western Europe. Gaurav’s expertise cuts across startups, venture capital, cloud computing and multiple technology verticals with enriching experience across India, Singapore, Europe and the US. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from IIT Delhi and Cambridge Judge Business School (MBA).
