Joshua has almost a decade of experience in Indonesia tech startup scene from media (Tech in Asia), VC (Associate, East Ventures) and finally being a founder. Started an HR SaaS company called Talenta, scaled the company to $1m ARR for almost 4 years with just $1m funding, 100 employees, and got acquired by a consortium behind Mekari. Clients including big names such as Go-Jek, Miniso, Lippo Digital Group, Mayapada Property, SWA Magazine, JAKPRO.
Joshua also actively mentoring startups in SE Asia region especially in Indonesia and have been invited to speak in universities across Indonesia such as Universitas Indonesia, ITB, UGM, and Universitas Brawijaya and international tech conferences such as Tech in Asia. Joshua has also been named Forbes Asia 30 under 30 in 2017 representing Indonesia.
