Michael is a graduate from UNSW majoring in Information System. Have been working almost 10+ years in the IT sector in Australia and Indonesia. He is currently leading the Customer Experience Product Managers in Bukalapak. His experience dealing directly with customers and passion in Technology enrich him to become a Customer Centric Product Guy.
