Eligibility

Application is open to students currently attending university, polytechnic, or an accredited program.

Fluent in English
Able to work under pressure
Proactive and energetic
If joining from overseas, must be able to cover own transportation and accommodation costs
Preferably be able to volunteer on both days of the event
Able to commit for the entire event period, 18 and 19 October

Jobs Scope

Volunteers will be asked to indicate, or be assigned, one of the following key support functions:

Registration
Be the first face and impression of Tech in Asia Conference! Help with scanning tickets, giving directions and answering attendee questions.

Ushers
VIP time is limited time; help us escort tier-one participants to where they need to be, when they need to be there.

Runners
See the event through from end-to-end, by helping the floor manager create seamless flows between stages, booths, and special stations.

Stage hands and floor crew
Assist production managers in managing key segments of the conference, such as the exhibition halls, meeting areas, and restricted areas for selected pass holders.
